TOPINDUS once received a client from Italy who had a clear purchasing demand for mobile toilet products. After contacting us to learn more, he specially came to our factory for a visit and investigation. On the day the client visited, we arranged a comprehensive factory tour route, from the raw material workshop to the production line, and then to the assembly and installation workshop, showing him every detail in a real and detailed way. On the production line, he witnessed the entire process of HDPE plastic mobile toilets, from material input, injection molding, structural assembly to the final quality inspection. Our engineers patiently answered his questions and explained to him one by one the purposes, standards and quality control nodes of various processes. The customer thinks that the blue toilet flushing product has a fresh and eye-catching color and an elegant and generous style, which is very suitable for the aesthetic preferences of the European market. After inspecting the physical product, he indicated that the internal structure and layout of the product are reasonable, and the water tank capacity is large, which can meet the requirements of long-term and high-frequency use. Meanwhile, the interior space is spacious and comfortable, ensuring that users do not feel crowded or oppressed when using it. He particularly pointed out that this design is very popular in outdoor construction sites, park events and temporary projects, and can significantly enhance the user experience.

During the visit, the client put forward several additional requirements based on their business needs, hoping that washbasins and urinals must be installed inside the Portable Restrooms to enhance the overall hygiene level and the value of the products. Meanwhile, most of our HDPE Portable Toilets are designed with foot pumps for flushing. When the customer inspected the external structure of the Outdoor Toilet, he noticed that sturdy and durable lifting rings were installed all around the product. We explained to him that these lifting rings are convenient for rapid transportation using cranes or forklifts. Whether it is the initial stage of project deployment or the need to adjust the position in the later stage, it can be easily completed without disassembly or additional labor. The client is highly satisfied with this design, believing that its portability will significantly reduce his time and labor costs in project operation, and it is a very practical functional highlight.

Subsequently, the customer put forward suggestions for optimizing the roof structure of the Public Toilet. He believes that the original one-story roof might not be ideal in some areas of Italy and hopes to enhance the roof's strength to meet the usage requirements in different environments. Based on his suggestions, we immediately introduced to him the upgrade plan for the double-layer thickened roof. The double-layer top cover not only enhances the load-bearing capacity and durability, but also improves the heat insulation capacity, enabling the Mobile Restroom to be used outdoors for a longer time and withstand various weather challenges. The customer was very satisfied after seeing the improved plan, believing that it could better meet the local market demand and also demonstrating TOPINDUS 'professionalism and flexibility in product design.

After the customer returned to China, we completed the customized production in accordance with all the requirements he put forward and strictly inspected in accordance with the factory's quality inspection process to ensure that every detail met the customer's expectations. Shortly after the product was dispatched, the customer gave us feedback on his usage experience. He expressed great satisfaction with the finished product he received. Whether it was the appearance quality, the internal layout, the thickness of the double-layer roof, or the user experience of the foot-operated flushing, everything fully met or even exceeded his expectations.
