Safe Structure - The main structure of the container house is made of a sturdy steel frame composed of solid square steel pipes, ensuring the stability and safety of the foldable house. The house has an AAA fire rating, a wind resistance rating of 15, and an earthquake resistance rating of 13. Please note that snow on the roof should be removed regularly during heavy snow, and the snow height should not exceed 9 feet (about 2.9 meters).

Comfortable living - This prefabricated small house has several standard large windows, 1 small window for the shower room and 1 glass entrance door. All windows are carefully designed to ensure the best natural lighting throughout the interior. The doors and windows are made of broken bridge aluminum, and the exterior walls and roofs are insulated with flame-retardant foam boards, which have excellent thermal and sound insulation effects.

Luxury appearance - Our prefabricated container houses are designed with black steel frames, dark wood-grain galvanized steel plates on the exterior walls, and light wood-grain PVC floors on the interior walls. This small house creates a style that is closer to the natural countryside of a small villa, bringing you a better and more secure living experience.

Q1:How much manpower and time does it take to install the container?

A1: 2 hours + 4 workers=1 unit

Q2:What tools and equipment do I need to prepare for the installation of container?

A2:Crane, hand saw, hand drill, hexagonal screwdriver, rubber hammer, utility knife,hole saw, non-slip gloves, glass glue gun, tape measure, medical box, marker, foot ladder, spirit level.

Q3:Can you customize colors?

A3:We are happy to accept color customization. The regular color of our boxes is white, which is popular and well received by customers all over the world. You can also provide the color card number for our reference. What color do you like?

Q4:Does your product leak water?

A4:There are quite a number of domestic manufacturers, due to lack of professionalism and irresponsibility for quality, which leads to the problem of water leakage in the box.  So far, our company has never experiencedwater leakage problems in overseas orders.

Q5:Do you need a foundation?

A5:If the land will not subside, there is basically no need to lay foundations. According to different geological conditions, our company will provide guidance and suggestions. If you buy container from us, we will give you complete foundation drawings and we will have video instructions for installation.

Q6:Can I add an extra roof please?

A6:Roofs can be added, and we can send you some pictures of roofing cases we have done before for your selection and reference. Do you want to add a roof based on wind resistance requirements, thermal insulation requirements or aesthetic requirements?

Q7:How are your container house insulated?

A7:Wall panels are made of 50mm rock wool sandwich panels, and can be upgraded to 75mm and 100mm thickness, which is better for extreme cold and hot weather
